PHILADELPHIA PA:  - National Chemical Laboratories, Inc. is pleased to announce that Robert Wellman, NCL Education Market Manager, has been certified under the ISSA Cleaning Industry Maqnagement Standard - Green Buildings (CIMS-GB) as an ISSA Certification Expert (I.C.E. Professional).  Mr. Wellman joins Curtis Gregg and Jon Palecko from NCL as CIMS-GB I.C.E. Professionals; by this designation, these individuals "are uniquely qualified to help their customers or their own organizations comply with the management practices outlined in the Standard and certify to CIMS and CIMS-GB"
